CANCELLATION POLICY

At Rise IV & Beauty Bar, I value your time and the commitment you make to your care. To provide a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, the following policies are in place: Cancellations & No-Shows: A 50% cancellation fee applies to any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. No-call/no-show appointments will result in a forfeited deposit. This includes all services—whether they are single appointments or part of a prepaid package. Prepaid service appointments—such as injections or packages—that are missed or go unused due to a no-show or last-minute cancellation will be subject to a $50 fee. Prepaid Products/Services: Certain services, like weight loss injections, require product that has a limited shelf life. If a client does not show up within the product’s safe-use window (usually 28 days), the product must be discarded to comply with safety and medical guidelines. A new vial must be purchased for any future treatments if the product expires. Children in the Office: To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all clients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the treatment space. This is due to limited space, the presence of sharps (used and unused needles), and the importance of maintaining a calm and focused setting during procedures. Thank you for understanding! Appointment Confirmations: All clients receive confirmation links via text and email before their appointment. All appointments must be confirmed. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation to ensure proper scheduling and flow. Clients are encouraged to use the text/email links to confirm, reschedule, or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
